Anxiety

Anxiety feels like the enemy.  It makes us worry and plan and overthink things.

I frame anxiety work as learning to "turn the thoughts" and rewire our thinking patterns in our brain.  If we walk the same path over and over in the yard, it makes a nice and easy path to walk.  Our anxiety brain does the same thing.  The anxiety thoughts path gets easier and easier to use.  With support you can create a new brain path.
